Looking for a soothing bath time treat? Try this simple to make milk bath. You will only need a few, easy to find, ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt (or sea salt)

As I always say you can use organic ingredients or regular. Feel free to divide the bath in half if you don’t fill the tub all the way up. You can also substitute Sweet Almond Oil instead of Olive oil. Additionally, you can choose to add a few drops of essential oil to the water too (I like lavender essential oil).

To use the milk bath:

  1. Run a tubful of water (as much as you like).
  2. Pour the ingredients into the tub.
  3. Soak for at least 12 minutes.
  4. Rest, relax, and enjoy!
